To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
Due to hygiene standards, underwear that has been worn or tried on cannot be returned

Need a different size or style? No problem.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days
Simply contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange
We’ll arrange a pickup and send out the replacement once your return is approved
