Shipping Within the UAE:
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery (Optional): 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)
GCC & International Shipping:
We currently ship to selected GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar). International shipping options will be available soon.
GCC Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
Packaging:
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging to ensure privacy.
No product names or branding appear on the outside of the package.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Policy Notes:
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) will be processed the next business day.
We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
If your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will notify you promptly.
